What you should know when visiting this Website

Server Logfiles

Whenever you access this website, information is shared between where this website is stored (server) and your terminal. The server gets to know what you want to see, the time you asked for it, under which IP address and internet provider you logged into, what browser and which operating system you use. Additionally, the server receives the address of the link you followed to this website if any. This information transfer is unavoidable (processing based upon Art. 6 Para. 1f GDPR).

I configured the server of this website to anonymize all IP addresses in the log file. That's why I cannot track your personal surf pattern.

This website asks your browser for permission to write a small text file (cookie) on your device. Most browsers accept cookies without actively asking the user for permission. It is possible for you to change this behaviour of your browser.

The sole purpose of this website's cookie is to make it easier to navigate. For example, it stores your language preference, which ensures that you get all the pages in the language you selected. This cookie is necessary for this website to operate as intended (processing based upon Art. 6 Para. 1f GDPR). The cookie will be deleted as soon as you close your browser.

Google Fonts

This website uses fonts that are hostet by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If your device accessed them already for another website, they will not be loaded again. Otherwise your device will access Google's servers, which transfers information about your device as described above to Google. The use of these fonts is necessary for the selected design template of this website (processing based upon Art. 6 Para. 1f GDPR). Take a look at Google's privacy policy for further details

Processing by Contractor

This website and its related e-mail traffic are operated by manitu Gmbh, Welvertstraße 2, 66606 St. Wendel, Germany (processing based upon Art. 6 Para. 1f GDPR). The contractor is bound by contract to only process personal data if necessary for operating or maintenance.

Links and Social Media

Sometimes I will link to other websites and to my profiles on social media. I have no influence on the processing of personal data by those online services. Please consult the privacy policy of any social media or other websites when following my links.

I also use buttons that allow easy sharing on social media. These buttons contact other online service only if you click them. Without clicking no data is shared.

What you should know when Contacting me

If you call me on the phone or send me a letter, an e-mail or other types of electronic message, I will receive information about the sender. I will process these and other information you declare if this is necessary to fulfil your request. I will delete all information afterwards (processing based upon Art. 6 Para. 1a and 1b GDPR). I will not process or transfer your data.

What you should know when subscribing to a Newsletter

If you want to receive a newsletter, I need your e-mail address (processing based upon Art. 6 Para. 1a GDPR). I do not analyize if or how you use the newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Unsubscribing will delete your e-mail address.

What Rights do you have?

You may ask me if and what data I have stored about you. As I do not process any other personal data, this can only be data from you contacting me or from your subscription to my newsletter. You have the right to correct or delete any data I have stored about you.
In addition, you may object to the processing of your personal data or restrict its processing. This will be pretty much the same as asking for deletion in most of the cases. As I do not transfer your data, you don't need to object to transfer - but you have the right to do so anyway.
